Dr Tariq is a renowned ENT Surgeon with over 40 years of surgical and clinical experience in pronounced institutions across Oman, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. He graduated from Dow Medical College, Pakistan in 1977, and completed his postgraduate training in ENT in 1981. He holds MCPS (Otolaryngology) from the College of Physicians & Surgeons and a a DLO from the University of Karachi.
Apart from working in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, he has served in Al-Nahdha Hospital, Muscat for 22 years, which is a tertiary care hospital of the Ministry of Health, Oman.
He undertakes routine ENT and Head & Neck treatments and surgeries, his special expertise is in corrective nasal surgery, including Rhinoplasty and Septorhinoplasty. Patients visit from all over the country seeking correction in their nasal deformities.
He is one of the organizers and faculty of Oman Rhinoplasty Course which is held annually at Al-Nahdha Hospital for the benefit of trainee doctors.
Currently, he practices as a Visiting ENT surgeon at NMC Hospital, Ghubrah, Muscat. He is deeply committed to a patient-centered approach, emphasizing trust, comfort and long-term care relationships.
